14-day money-back guarantee. If Revapin isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you — no hard feelings.
1. Subscriptions (2-week, monthly, yearly)
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you’re unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge.
- After 14 days, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling ensures you aren’t charged again.
2. 24-hour Day Pass
The Day Pass is a one-time purchase for 24 hours of access. Because access begins immediately, the Day Pass is refundable only if it hasn’t been used and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Email lina1701reva@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order/receipt details. We’ll confirm and process your refund.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed through our payment provider (ExtensionPay / Stripe) back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you (for example, EU/UK consumers’ right of withdrawal for digital purchases).
